Under the directives of the Dubai Land Department:

Individual Real Estate Agents are NOT authorized to receive cash or funds transfer to their personal accounts.
Cash payments should be made only to the Mazonas Real Estate Finance Team or Sales Progression Officers at our office.
Alternatively, cash payments can be made at official Trustee's offices in the UAE, in the presence of Mazonas Real Estate's official Sales Progression Officer, or transferred to our official bank account.
Payments are confirmed solely through receipts generated electronically from our official email: hello@mazonas.com.
